Bluegrass and Barbecue Festival at Dollywood

If there's one thing we know here in Pigeon Forge, it's barbecue! But if there are two things we know, it's barbecue and bluegrass! And starting next Friday, May 13th, through May 22nd, you'll find the best of both of these worlds all in one spot at Dollywood for the Bluegrass and Barbecue Festival! And the best part is, it's completely free with your admission to Dollywood!

Dollywood, located just a few miles' drive from the Ramada Pigeon Forge, is the premier theme park in the area, owned by our very own Dolly Parton. And since the Queen herself has such an eclectic musical background, it's only fitting that the park should feature some of her favorite artists! This year there are going to be over 250 concerts throughout the park. Notable performers include Rhonda Vincent & The Rage, The Willis Clan, Dailey & Vincent, The Boxcars, and so many more! This is a great opportunity to hear some of the best bluegrass and country music happening today.

And because nothing goes better with bluegrass than barbecue, you'll never be far from some of the best in the world, courtesy of the award-winning chefs at Dollywood! It's almost impossible to resist the supple texture of a sweet plate of pulled pork, or a slab of fresh ribs smothered in homemade barbecue sauce! We're getting hungry just thinking about it!

When visiting Pigeon Forge and Dollywood, this is one of the absolute best ways to experience some of America's finest music and food, all in one great package. After a long day of high-class tunes and grub, head on back to the Ramada and kick back with us – you'll be so full you'll barely be able to move!
