Newfound Gap
Driving time from our hotel: 45 minutes

Take a hike over a mountain pass that cuts right through the center of Great Smoky Mountain National Park. You can snap souvenir photos at the Rockefeller Memorial that was built in 1940. It marks the spot where President Franklin D. Roosevelt officially dedicated the park when it opened to the public.

The Old Mill

You'll find shopping, dining, and family fun when you visit The Old Mill in Pigeon Forge. Fun fact: The Old Mill is the oldest surviving structure in all of Pigeon Forge. Gatlinburg Space Needle
Driving time from our hotel: 25 minutes

It's easy to find the best view in town. Ride to the top of the Gatlinburg Space Needle! It offers sweeping 360-degree views of the Smoky Mountains like you've never seen them before. Go at night to see the sparkling city lights of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It's open every day of the year and until 1 am (2 am on Saturdays), so you can plan an entire night on the town. Adult admission is $10.95 or you can get a family pass for $29.95.

Foothills Parkway
Driving time from our hotel: 40 minutes

Hop in the car and get ready for one of the most scenic drives near Pigeon Forge. Driving here during the fall will give you colorful photo ops with the famous foliage that blankets the valley. During the spring, you can see a nice mix of wildflowers. Take a trip to the section of highway in Townsend for the best views.

Titanic Museum
Driving time from our hotel: Less than 5 minutes

You can't leave Pigeon Forge without taking a photo in front of the Titanic! This popular attraction recreates what life was like aboard the famous ship. With interactive exhibits and guided tours, the Titanic Museum makes history come to life for all ages.

Forbidden Caverns
Driving time from our hotel: 30 minutes

Did you know Tennessee has thousands of underground caves? Head under the Smoky Mountains for a unique experience that your family will never forget. A tour guide takes you through this stunning natural feature that includes special light effects and sounds to add an extra dimension to the caves. The caverns are open from April to November from 10 am to 5 pm. They are closed on Sundays. 

The Island
Driving time from our hotel: 5 minutes

One of the most popular photo ops in Pigeon Forge is just a quick drive from our hotel. The Island Show Fountain will take your breath away with more than 80 waterspouts creating an unforgettable display with lights and choreographed movement.
